ebay question

I havent used ebay in years and had forgotten my username and password so I clicked forgot username and password. got a message saying email reminder was send but it never came. so I tried to get item as "guest" but because I live in southern ireland and we dont have "post code" I just put in "none" which normally works…

I also tried to reregister but came to same problem with with the post code. then I tried to Contact adviser but guess what... you have to log in.. :mad::mad:
What advice can anyone give me please

I use NA for postcode and there's no problem.

Maybe the reminder went to junk/spam, or you registered ages ago with an older email you used back then.

Leave the past behind you and set up a new eBay account .......If have problems ring them .
