Rainproof jacket/raincoat (gore-tex if found)

    I'm looking for a good price on a men's jacket to withstand any light rain and be at least to some degree breathable. Gore-tex lining would be great, but i'd settle for anything good and practical for biking especially.
    The north face jackets are about 130 at 53dg.north. I'm not willing to spend that much just yet. I'm looking for something practical but not too Bear Grylls style.

    Any suggestions? (obviously looking for a good deal as well).
