Moscow match - Terrible picture on UPC RTE2

Anyone notice how bad the picture is? Is it the artificial pitch or are they using the same Russian video cameras Dell Boy was selling all those years ago?

It's not brilliant on Saorview either with over-saturated colours, the pitch looks almost fluorescent.
