    Hi,

    Does any know of any good Helpdesk Software that can be used for the following:
    1. Database of client information
    2. Logging of all engineer billable time onsite
    3. Logging of other engineer times e.g: Travel, R&D
    4. Ability to run report showing engineers time per week
    5. Ability to run report showing all client billable time
    6. Knowledge base of IT issues and solutions

    Any information given would be appreciated.
