2 rooms to rent in a lovely house on Griffith avenue. Only a 15 minute walk to dcu and the bus stop outside also serves a bus that goes straight to dcu ( about 5 mins up the road by bus)

The rooms are very spacious twin rooms but could possibly be rented as very large singles. The house has 2 kitchens and shower rooms.

Myself and my friend, both 2nd years in pats will be living there. The house would suit anyone from first years to final years to students in Marino, all hallows, mater dei as well as pats and dcu.
