Thank the dear baby jesus I dont have to work tomorrow. Im either going running tonight or going to the gym because I need to pound out the angst before I burst. I love running. Its so theraputic. Every time you impact with the ground, you can pretend its someones face. Pushes you hard. Sprint harder. Because its not road or path, its a face.

Last year, before I got pregnant and had nothing better to do, I exercised a lot.
Mondays were solely cardio at the gym, tuesdays were swimming, wednesday was gym and aqua aerobics, thursday was swimming, friday was gym.
45 min runs every morning, and if i had time, on saturdays too. Sunday was my wrote off day.

Just getting back into it now, although im NOWHERE near as fit as I was this time last year. But not TOO bad, considering the whale I was after having the baby, Im just a little bit under 8 stone right now. I console myself and tell myself that its muscle, but its not. Not yet!

I used to do loads of classes and go to the gym. Just hard to find the motivation.

And 8 stone is BRILLIANT! :eek: I'd say one of my legs weighs that much! If you think thats a bad weight you are gone cuckoos and are in the right place.

ignore the ass hole who annoyed you today who ever it was. good job with size 8 storm, you did well after having a baby, exercise during pregnancy is very important.I don't get those women who see it as a reason to stuff them selves with ****e. Is it tomorrow you are having the injection?

I'm good, terrible terrible day in work, had a bit of a breakdown before 9 o'clock even but I got over it.

Actually think I might go to the gym now, except I ate a lot of chorizo salad.....

Yeah its tomorrow, nervous as ****. I'll be cryin goin in, so my daddy is coming with me. And im almost 23, shameful. Ha.

Exercise is very important and I ran up until about the 5th month, albeit, slower haha, until my boyfriend started to fight with me until i stopped.

I ate a lot of sh,it in the last couple of months cause i was street rat crazy hormonal and bored as hell.

even after she was born he still got mad at me when i started running again lol i think he liked having a really fat girlfriend.

just don't stomp their faces so hard damages your hip joint or your knees. not so much fun when you have to have them replaced.;)

I was 2 minutes late arriving so the manager locked me out of the start up meeting for about 15 minutes.

Storm, I really would, but I ate too much and might vomit! Catching up on my TEFL course instead so I can have a few free nights to go. Think I'll go to Zumba tomorrow. I love it cause I'm so crap its hilarious!
