Societies/Clubs/interests: Going to join the Literary society, Phil, Hist, Publications, Amnesty and the Pirate party. Not sure what else I will join just yet but I'm highly impressionable so I know I'll get roped into more. Hoping to track down whoever led the charge to set up the Atheist society last year and see if something can be worked out and get it running. Interests; mainly reading. I'm very into foreign films, alternative music, mountain walking, general banter, scaling large buildings, that mad channel 4 show about little people playing the seven dwarves in a play and speaking Spanish.

Societies/Clubs/Interests: I'm not entirely sure at the moment. I'm fairly big into video games and music, and I kinda want to learn Japanese so I'll have a look into that I suppose. If I join a sports club it'll probably be something like fencing or some martial art. I'll have a look at some other things I'm interested in like Psychology or sci-fi, and possibly the literature and computer science ones as well.

Societies: This is where I make loads of false promises about how involved I'll get with college...
I'd love to join a sports club and actually be relatively involved, but I'm worried it'll be hard to find the time, energy, motivation and commitment. We'll see how that pans out. Rowing would be great but people seem to take it very seriously and I'm really not sure if I'd be any good or anywhere near dedicated enough. Also, I'd like to do yoga. One or the other.
I was a member of the Climbing Club last year. I didn't go along that often, but it was pretty good fun when I did! I'll probably join again, even just to go a few times.

In terms of Societies, I'll be getting involved with S2S - I'm peer mentoring again. Great society! Also, MOVE (Medical Overseas Voluntary Elective)- A charity run by 3rd meds to give funding to and go work in hospitals in developing country. I'm on the committee for the latter!
Also thinking of joining the Food and Drink Soc because they seem to have great events and, like, food's pretty great.
