    Best of luck, I hope there are some in there for ye.... was tempted to go to Galway and queue this morning, but it's over an hour away and I've a 5 year old to get sorted and a shop to oipen at 9.. :(

    Posted this in the Currys forum but theres only 3 in Currys in Galway and myself and my 2 friends have the first in queue reservation things (good thing there was exactly 3!).

    PC World are supposed to have 8 but I've heard theres about 20 on the queue. Can't confirm this but was told this by someone who gave up on PC World and tried Currys.

    There is 9 in the queue at pc world in galway, I didnt ask was every one waiting for a tablet. I assumed they werent and just headed back home!

    Swung by wellpark for a look there earlier, seemed to be about 12 in in the queue for the 8 at 7:55.

    i dealt with them number of times and i doubt that, but they usually processing theirs orders extremely slowly so you could easily cancel it tomorrow

    Just back from PC World in Carrickmines and first 7 given tickets. They took names of another 6-7 of us and will call if they get more stock assigned...not likely though!

    First guy was there at 6:30 so not too early a start for a nice bargain tablet.

    TBH I was chancing it getting there at 8 but only 5 mins drive so left kids in front of TV and said I will be 15 mins or 2 hours.

    Nobody has confirmed they are doing that at all - in fact, some places have said there will be no refunds for early buyers.

    In the US, HP apparently offered give refunds to earlier buyers, but HP EMEA is quite separate.
