I would think Amazon know exactly how many they have to sell. They have a slick operation.

No exact numbers allocated untill mid morning tomorrow... It's in the lap of the gods (well HP distribution anyway)

Regardless how slick Amazon are they won't know for certain till then.. Elara were looking for 1000 units, don't know how many they'll have..

Just saw this over on hotukdeals, apologies if old news, but buggered if I can follow this thread anymore:

"New HP TouchPad owners go get your free 50GB of lifetime cloud storage"

Amazon selling for 89 now.... I got one.

    [Embedded Image Removed]

    I got one on Amazon for £89.75 @ 00:34.

Under the main price it said '18 new from £89' and it was there. Its not there now but might be worth F5 every now and again.

I had ordered from FNAC but eventually managed to cancel that. I would have 2 only for Google translate. As least through Amazon I can guarantee everything is in English.

    At the sub €100 price?

Does the webOS have any type of activation like the Android does? It would be cool to see statistics of how many tablets were activated during the past couple of days. Although I doubt something like that is possible...still it'd be great to at least know at what percentage this firesale has brought the webOS alltogether. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to see few more apps before the Android gets ported (although I doubt it).

Try this link to get your order,

    https://secure.fnac.com/Account/Profil/Default.aspx?

Once signed in your order should appear. Then I think I selected 'Voir le details'. I think it was there that there was a button to annulée.

What he means is sign up to Expansys now, to save you time for when they do drop the price. So you can quickly add it to your basket, sign in and purchase it.

The German Store is finally back up, but not a Touchpad or Pre available. They do have the accessories though, which I believe are the discounted prices.
