Just follow the instructions and ignore any firewall warnings if they come up, its fine.

Once installed the player window should open up automatically like below.



Simply click ITV 1 and play. There are 4 separate 'streams' of the channel. It may not play right away, you may need a further small download but you will be prompted in the player window if thats the case. Then just click the play button again and you're good to go. If it drops out just click the play button again, there are no certainties with streams like this. But its decent backup in the event of evry man and his dog watching this game tonight.

There's a reason vipbox, firstrow etc always have a picture that says ''This video is not available yet'' until about 20 minutes before the event starts. It's because they have to wait for Myp2p to put up their links and then they can use the ones from that site.
It is true that sites other than myp2p can have links that myp2p do not have, that is only because myp2p have banned certain streaming platforms like wii-cast, seeon etc. because they display pop-ups, interrupting peoples viewing, and that is against myp2p rules.

I stream sometimes. I email my link to myp2p for them to display on their site, but it always ends up on firstrow, fromsportcom, vipbox and the rest, surrounded by 5 betting ads and a pop up where the owner of that site makes $10 easily off my free stream. Not that I'm complaining, they are stealing something that I am stealing at the end of the day.

So basically, vipbox, firstrow and the rest are just myp2p rip-offs with owners in it to make money for doing SFA but embed a stream made by someone else.

All things being equal, the streams thread as it was last year was perfect. If i had the inclination i would even stick up links for all games so all the lazy bastids out there who login 5 mins after kick off asking for links could just click straight in.

Nobody wants the same question asked 20 times in a matchthread, the streams thread had 145k views or something like that, it was hardly obsolete. It also serves a purpose because it is handy for new people unfamiliar with streaming to ask questions etc, not everyone has been streaming for 6 or 7 years like some of us.

Also it should be taken into account that access to streams is dependant on so many variables, somebody with 30meg in Dublin is gonna have far better options than someone with 2meg out in the country. Streams can be browser specific aswel, and some dont work on a mac. Far better off having this as a sticky with maybe the first post being edited as a reference for basic questions and popular sites.

We (as people on Boards) got onto it for the LFC game, some one put up a "special" link on the first page, worked fine for the rest of the day, doesnt work anymore though

No idea to be honest. "Domain issues" is all the info they gave out. Wouldnt be surprised if it is changed permanent to the new one though in the end, but this new one is a temporary solution apparently.
