RC Boat/Hover Craft

Hi

I am looking for some advice please. I was hoping to get my brother (who is in his late 20's but still a kid) a RC hover Craft or nice RC boat. The budget isnt huge.

I was trying to look on line and well it seems that these hover crafts do not come with great recommendations, i was wondering if anyone here might have brought one and could advise me also if you have any shops that sell them. I have been looking at three in perticular (the mini one i was thinking even if it works well tis ok if tis a mini i can add something more to the pressie to make up)
