    Well i use it to keep files backed up, but I´m using it instead of MMS now for sending pictures and shizzle

    What risk? If Eircom says "hey you, why are you using [name proxy here]?", you can sue them for infringing Irish Online Privacy Laws - which clearly state it is up to the individual what they do on the internet, so long as it's not anything illegal.
