Help Identify This Card

    hi,

    I have this card and I am struggling to identify the exact model of it, I really don't want to rip my rig apart to find out for sure, I was hoping someone here might be able to help.

    I'm almost positive that it's a HD Radaeon HD 5970, but can't be 100% sure that it's not a lower number

    Sorry about the size of the images, I thought more details would be better, and I'm being paranoid by removing the serial number
