Hard Water scum buildup

I live in Dunshaughlin and we have problem with hard water in the area. The rads and heating system is full of limescale. Does anyone have a contact for a good plumber who can flush out the system?

I would be very suprised to find excessive scale within the heating system as the water in there is not constantly replenished, you may however have scale building up in the cylinder.
