Is it possible to get Saorview on these TV Models?

    Hi All,
    I have the two following models of LCD TV's

    Philips 47PFL7603D / 10

    and

    LG 32LG3000

    so far I've managed to get sound and no pictuir on them, so am concluding that they are unable to recieve MPEG4 - I am wondering is it possible to upgrade the software? they are new (enough) models and can't believe that they are unable to do this!
