"Knifethower" player - who was he?

    I've been trying to remember the same of a player (and hopefully find a clip of him on Youtube) who used to to have a very unusual throwing action so that I can show my brother a clip of him playing.

    From what I remember, he used to play in the BDO (and may still do). He had long hair tied back in a pony-tail and when he lifted his dart to aim, I believe he used to briefly point the flight at the board and close his eyes for a moment too.

    I have a feeling his name might have been Dave *somethingorother* but I just can't seem to track him down :)

    Little help?

    Dennis Smith is his name. he is throwing in the PDC these days but has fallen down the rankings.

    Sounds like Dennis Smith....
    pony tail and used to point the flight at the board for a second

    yep definetly Denis Smith. Strangest throwing action ever. Painfully slow to watch. I used to close my eyes watching him never mond him closing his when throwing:):)
