    2 Standing tickets... success!

After 9am, I got to put my code through and it crashed. The same code worked again just there. So the code won't be cancelled if you dont finalise the purchase. Also I checked Crowdsurge's facebook page. It says:

"We apologise if you are experiencing any difficulties trying to purchase tickets for the UK Red Hot Chilli Peppers Tour. These difficulties are due to overwhelming demand for tickets.
All pre sale customers have been allocated codes which will assure ticket availability for this tour.
Tickets will be available all day so we recommend you try and purchase again in a short while."

Note: ASSURE ticket availability. Sounds like they are guaranteeing tickets. They would definitely know how many presale codes had been given out, so they would be in a position to look at the numbers and determine that there's tickets for everyone. It could be a mistake though, they don't seem to be the most reliable from this morning!

Create an account on crowdsurge.com .. go back through this link http://api.crowdsurge.com/crowdstore/?link=ba74f98f&storeid=307&menu=detail&eventid=10950&cs_css=rhcp

and order tickets with your crowdsurge account - don't worry if it crashes before checkout - go back to crowdsurge.com and your cart will have your tickets in there and you can complete the checkout there.

One of the advantages of not having a job, you can spend all morning clicking refresh :o

I got this in the email from Crowdsurge after I bought the ticket. Says here that you need to bring the receipt with you. It all seems a bit much. I hope they relax these restrictions before the gig.
In order to stop tickets being re-sold at higher than face value prices through secondary markets and ticket touts, entry on the night will only be given to ticket holders who have the original payment card used to make the booking along with the confirmation/receipt containing the same corresponding payment cardholders details. All tickets purchased together on one payment card must arrive at venue together with the cardholder.

Back from surgery.. logged straight onto my computer, bought two standing tickets, then went to bed!!! YAAAAAAAAY!

Too bad I had to use someone else's credit card, not going to be able to bring it with me the night of the concert so I have no idea how that's gonna work out

edit: Unfortunately absolutely no exchanges :(

    Hiya,
I've been talking with some of you already on mail via the Warner email address.

Many apologies to anyone that experienced difficulties buying tickets this morning. I know it's difficult when you have to work and other commitments.

For anyone that hasn't seen it, CrowdSurge have posted an update and a link for any ticket queries.

If anyone that has any queries on codes specifically you contact me here: http://www.warnermusic.ie/index.php/contact-us.html

    Update from CrowdSurge
We apologise if you experienced any difficulties trying to access the pre-sale for the UK & Ireland Red Hot Chilli Peppers dates. These difficulties were due to an overwhelming demand for tickets.

If you have a pre-sale code you will be able to gain access to this pre-sale and we would ask you to return to http://redhotchilipeppers.com/tour to purchase your tickets.

Any problems, you can access CrowdSurge customer support here - http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/

    Apologies again.

I wonder would it be too late for me to try exchange for 2 seated in the same area or similar? :)

No harm in asking. I found them very friendly and helpful, but their T&C are clear, so I just got lucky..
