Folder Share / Data Permissions

    I need to create the following folder lay out

    data SHare
    within this I'll have 15 sub folders
    folder 1 - folder 15
    and within the 15 sub folders there will be 6 sub folders

    I dont want 1 group to be able to delete either the 15 folders or the 6 sub folders with the data share ans also I all users of the group to be able to create delete and modify files within the above folder lay out

    Any ideas?

    Disable top folder inheritance (data SHare) and apply ACL (share permission and/or folder security) at every one of the 15 folder level.

    oky doky will give that a shot! alot of folders to setup so grrrrrrr
