ToolTip being overlapped by task bar

It's a minor issue, but the tool tips in my 'quick launch' toolbar on the taskbar are being overlapped by the taskbar itself - i.e.: the tooltips are appearing behind the taskbar, so some of the text doesn't appear at all. Screenie: Makes no difference whether the taskbar is locked or not... Anyone know why this happens or…

Right click -> Properties -> uncheck "Keep taskbar on top of other windows".

That's not quite what I wanted... I don't want other windows going behind the taskbar too.

No matter, it seems to have sorted itself out somehow.
