Hey...Iv had my bp checked a few times now and it seems to be averaging just over 186/104. Im going to see the quack next week to have him check it.
My question is that Im only 34, I dont smoke, im not overweight, I dont drink much at all and my diet is normal and my job keeps my moderatly active...however it would be considered high stress.
Im just wondering if anyone knows what the most effective "natural ways" to reduce bp is? This would be just an add on to any advice I may be given by my GP. Thanks

Your GP is best placed to advise you ... not well meaning Internet randomers :)
