iphone 4 caller cannot hear me

    My friends Iphone 4 he was in a middle of call
    then the caller said I can not hear you

    he hung up
    now any phone call he makes the caller cant hear him

    I tried restoring the phone to factory settings
    tried few tips from the internet no joy

    Seems to be a problem that many people have.

    The iphone 4 was got for apple direct
    so I sent of a service request from apple

    Any body gone through this procedure and problem before
    Apple said they or sending out a empty box

    And that is what they do. They'll then replace the phone.

    im in the exact same boat as you. i just received the empty box yesterday. the ****e thing is that iphones use the small sim cards and wont work in any other phones. so looks like im out of a phone work how ever long it takes... typical apple..

    should never of bought the iphone. i needless luxury..

    A full size sim converter is about 10c on eBay. I'm sure mobile phone shops would have them.

    yes Apple is sending out new iphone 4

    My friend used a micro sim adapter to use his sim in a nokia.
