so, ive been running on the treadmill for the past 2 weeks tryin to get my fat ass into some sort of shape. went back running properly tonight, with the aul ipod out, when this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A67ZkAd1wmI&feature=related came on.

Had I been in the privacy of my own home, I would have broken into doin some caramell dansen, but since i was givin it hell for leather along footpaths, i resisted! kind of regretting it now.

so - find me the most ridiculous, bouncy, fun music, that would encourage people to BREAK IT ON DOWN in public!

As I write this from my iPhone - I am laying on a yoga mat, willing myself to do more than just 20 sit ups.

I give a new meaning to "lazy".

I need a shame thread. I'm bridesmaid at my sisters wedding in august and I look like I've eaten a firetruck. My dress will be a size 6 or 8 and if I can't do it I won't be going.

I am everything I hate it a person. Fat and weak.

damo thats actually a pretty funny song... ima put it on my workout playlist. watch me fall off the treadmill from laughin or something.

yo - who remembers the mega drive thing? oldschool. but yeah.. what game did i have that played that song?? it was like penguins skating on ice?? and you had to avoid the holes.

Not that any of youse care BUT!!
I'm now a fully qualified Beauty Therapist!!!! Exam results today - distinction in body therapy and facial, credit in epilation, with itec.
I passed CIBTAC too but as of this morning I'm not sure if it's a pass/credit/distinction.

But most importantly -- CIDESCO baby!! Cidesco therapist! Yay!! That's the highest qualification in beauty therapy!!

I'm so proud of myself - for sure. I got pregnant within the First two weeks of starting the course, and had Ava smack in the middle between itec and cibtac exams. And the pass mark is 60% with itec and cibtac and 70% with cidesco!

First time I've never had repeat exams to take!!

Best. Career. Ever!
