Find out the name of somebody senior in vodafone. Email the string of emails to him/her ccing the person dilly-dallying. Give a date for when you will expect to receive the prize. Keep the language polite but threathen that you will have to share this with a wider audience if you do not receive the prize by the specified date.

Last year I won an iPhone from vodafone facebook . It took me about a month to get it. My initial email came from a PR company and that's who I continued to email every 2 days til they sent it! A message on vodafone facebook site wouldn't go astray either!!
