    When you purchase something from someone, they send you an invoice showing what you owe them. ;)

    I don't back long odds though. I back winners. Generally within the 1.60 to 2.10 range.

    It might not win you a lot, but you can build up your money slowly, and then eventually start betting bigger. There's no point betting on a team with long odds if they're not going to win.
