whale and dolphin watching, there are boat tours from Los Cristianos harbour (short walk from playa de las americas)

maybe daytrip on the ferry to nearby la gomera island, daytrip to Mount Teide national park, the local buses go up there but the private tour companies leave early in the morning, you can get a local bus to los gigantes, the cliffs there are much taller than our own cliffs of moher

there are a few water parks nearby like http://www.siampark.net/en/
