Energy Drinks

How often do you normally consume energy drinks?

I'd only rarely have the one red bull and dark rum (with lime) if I'm out on a night and feeling a bit less energized then I think would be needed to stay up till home time but I know a few people who drink energy drinks on the regular.
I'd drink the odd coffee during the day to keep me alert if I had important work to do but that'd be it.

Whenever I fancy one, maybe once a week or so?

Once though I had to finish a huge essay for college in one day, so I downed five of them in one go. I swear, I was like Fry when he drank the 300 cups of coffee

i like them and tend to drink them when i have enough money to spend the shocking amount of money they cost.

I cant drink them anymore. I used to be addicted to them and now even the smell of some of them makes me feel sick.

Never.

About 3 coffees a day though.
Although there is only a certain window of temperature perfection, so I never finish the cup.

Drink Spar Berry Isotonic stuff before I go playing football so that's 3 times a week....other than that I avoid them!

Caffeine tablets are the shizz though.

Miwadi + couple of spoons of sugar + teaspoon of salt + 200mg caffine = energy drink equal to anything on the market in terms of "energy" benefits.

Ah,the Lucozade.....you cant beat it.But that,I think is more due to the lovely taste as opposed to the pickup which caffeine loaded drinks give you.Tiredness is a weakness of the mind.We convince ourselves that we need a pickmeup.Get up and go for a walk or shake yourself mentally.

I wonder how our forefathers coped without these taurine loaded supplements?

I don't get any kick out of them at all. Same with coffee - warm drinks make me sleepy. I could down four double espressos and not notice a thing.

Nothing like a bottle of luco on a Sunday morning though!

I drink at least two large tablespoons worth of instant coffee a day. Energy drinks on top of that depending on the task at hand, but not all the time. I wake up with flu like symptoms:(

ive always thought of them as just a marketing ploy for more carbonated or sugary / flavoured water drinks.
red bull is bloody disgusting though.... far too sweet.

I don't drink energy drinks anymore, used to drink many cans of Red Bull (love the taste despite most people I know saying they could smell it across the table!

) but now that I run and workout a lot they are pointless. I need to be able to get my sleep and recover fast so am down to chocolate milk and/or protein shakes.

I've tried a ridiculous amount of energy drinks. Rockstar Juiced being one of my favourites (tastes like gummi bears). But I don't actually drink them all that often. I guess I sort of unofficially collect them.

Have cans of Red Bull, Red Bull Cola, Monster, Rockstar, Relentless, Rockstar Punched, Rockstar Juiced, Rockstar Recovery, Rhino's purple, Take Off, Rhino's black, Sexergy, and Schwarze Dose 28 sitting behind me. Have also tried Sobe, Jolt, Jolt Cola, Cocaine, and a wide variety of others I can't think of right now.

The irony is they do absolutely nothing for me, so I have no idea why I even buy them.
