I rode it last year. Largely flat, with one or two drags in it.

I know I can trust you when you say that :)

Is it just 1 40KM lap for A4 and ladies then?

This week’s race circuit is best described as a challenging 75km over rolling terrain with one significant climb of just over one mile.
from the womens cycling website. Not Flat.

Meh ... and there this as well

Fair dues to all the marshalls, it was a horrendous day to be standing out in the rain. The road was well marked too, which is particularly appreciated when you've been dropped and all you want to do is get home.....
