They are illegal as they have not been approved. You could technically be buying poison off the internet. Really I would strongly advise you forget about it at least until they are approved (doubt they will be).

Tan injections are no more real than tan out of a bottle!

but so many poeple are using them are having fab results. surely if only used for one month to get a base they cant do too much harm can they. i reckon its the only way i might find it possible to tan. i am sick of fake tan it requires so much more effort and maintenance than people think and sunbeds wont work on my pale skin, added to the fact thhat sunbeds arre dangerous also.

Tanning injections are just as dangerous, epspecially ones bought online because they could literally be anything! You could inject yourself with all sorts of poison.

    Read this thread OP:

Op Do you have any idea of the ingredients that are in these injections? What they might do to your body? Remember a tan only lasts so long.....the effects of a non approved substance you are thinking of injecting into your body my well have life long side effects!

Is it really worth the risk...

I think there is an article about these in the current now magazine. Worth reading before you consider these

I know one fella who was using them and any freckles he had became very pronounced, as well as getting two or three large moles on his face

That said, it did result in a natural looking dark tan, not the orange glow you associate with bottle stuff.

cailinrua2011, the last thread about these injections, which you posted in, was locked for a very good reason. These injections have not been approved for use in Ireland. We cannot tell you what to do but we can make sure that if you do anything stupid, it is not with the help of Boards.

For that reason, I am locking this thread.
