This is how my perfect sandwich is constructed. Tastes like heaven. Ideal for hang over.

Slice of white Brennan’s bread buttered and Fried.
    Soft fried egg
Slice of Processed ham - Dry Fried.
    Red sauce (Heinz)
Thinly sliced red pepper - Fried in a tiny bit of oil.
Slice of white Brennan’s bread buttered and Fried.

Should only be eaten as part of a healthy diet.

    Trust me, it's savage!

Nooo; stuffing is for chicken/turkey, not ham.

    Needs mustard preferably Colman's.

Not sure about perfect but i can tell yee what's the most popular.

The good ole hang, cheese, tomato and onion toastie.

After that you get some weird combo's. Sometimes we preform a collective "eewwwww" when the order is called.

Best sandwich ever? Fried egg sandwich. Really fresh bread, eggs softly fried and gently turned in Kerrygold....Devour, wipe chin and fall back to bed. .. mildly erotic LOL

Now THIS is a sandwich. I'd probably eat a third of it before keeling over....

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fool's_Gold_Loaf
Fool's Gold Loaf is a sandwich made by the Colorado Mine Company,[1] a five-star restaurant in Denver, Colorado. The sandwich consists of a single warmed, hollowed-out loaf of bread filled with one jar of creamy peanut butter, one jar of grape jelly, and a pound of bacon. The name of the sandwich is derived from its price of $49.95.[citation needed] In later years, it was priced closer to $100 for the sandwich and a bottle of Dom Pérignon.[citation needed]

No wonder Elvis has left the building! :pac:

Apart from the obvious choice of rashers and bbq sauce, I'd have to say chicken and stuffing.....Yummy.

Cold sausages are the ultimate sambo, everybody knows this:)
Close second, is left over bits of roast chicken (preferably the brown meat) with peppers and a small bit of mayo and a sprinkle of yellow aromat.
    Yum

    2 egg, 2 rasher, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 puddings - 1 black, 1 white
All placed like a tower on top of each other then rowled up good and tight.....

    Tripledecker:

Toast two slices of bread, middle slice untoasted.

    Slice of toast, mayo,
    lettuce,
    peppered salami,
    mustard,
    thinly sliced green/red peppers,
    slice of untoasted bread, mayo,
roast chicken sliced(don't use processed slices),
    salt, pepper, tomato,
    cucumber
    and finally more lettuce.

If you keep the lettuce beside the bread on a sandwich your sandwich won't go soggy as the lettuce acts as a shield against moisture.

Triple decker chicken and bacon toasted club sandwich.

Take 1 slice of bread and pile with chicken and bacon and toast along with 2 other slices of bread, lather the chicken and bacon with mayo, put another slice on top of that and pile it with crisp lettuce and tomato and add some more mayo and put another slice on top.

    Nyom nom nom nom.

A rasher Sambo has to be with red sauce. None of this bbq.

Also chicken and avocado. Or grilled chicken, stuffing and melted cheddar cheese.
