Pro Lite bella plus frame

Anyone have any good/bad experiences or knowledge on these? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28789 My bikes currently a lapierre stech 500 - just wondering if moving to a frame like this would be considered a step up - or down? Cheers lads
