A friend of mine from France wants to come to Ireland with a few of his friends in July/August for a cycling trip and he asked me for some advice but I don't know very much about cycling so I thought I would ask here instead. They want to rent bikes in Dublin but then return the bikes in the town where they finish…

A friend of mine from France wants to come to Ireland with a few of his friends in July/August for a cycling trip and he asked me for some advice but I don't know very much about cycling so I thought I would ask here instead. They want to rent bikes in Dublin but then return the bikes in the town where they finish (although they haven't chosen a route yet) so basically the question is, is there any big bike rental shops in Ireland which you can rent the bike from the shop in Dublin but then return it in another place?

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for a possible route for them? They only have about 3/4 days and will be starting from Dublin. What would be the best route from Dublin when you only have three/four days?
