Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hairdresser in Monaghan for a girls dry cut?

You could try Apple Hairdressing.
Don't know about the prices though.

Its a bit late reply but Chic Colour & Cuts are very good. Plus they do student offers. I think a girls dry cut is €15.

There are at least 2 "foreign" hairdressers in Monaghan, one over Ronaghan's pharmacy in the Diamond, and Raduga (over the food shop) on the Mall road. Lovely people, great hairdressers and very reasonable prices (wash cut and blowdry 15 to 20 euro).
