    for a first demo it aint bad at all.
    some comments, and Im writing as I listen so...
    tempo prob needs to be upped a bit, the rhythm guitar seems to be trying to hold itself up to keep back with the drums.

    vocals, hard to hear unfortunately. hints at some great harmonies poking out and with some practice they could be really punchy. the female voice is very good.

    Guitar solo isn't slick enough imo.

    Otherwise its a good start! keep it up!
