I Hav been training solid for the 200 all year including over winter so feel I Hav put in the work to get thru it but the last two weeks I have a niggling knee. I have to curttail the training for last two weeks. I'm just hoping it goes away.

Note: not looking for any medical advise just airing my frustration

Anybody else suffering any form of injury coming up to the 200. I Hav bought a nice new jersey for the event the other day so still optimistic in doing it

Why dont you stay of the bike for a week or 10 days. You wont lose much or any of your fitness.

As with any endurance event you should be tapering off your training for the last 2 weeks anyway. You've put the work in so at this stage you should just try staying loose, do some gentle spins if you can and try and keep your aerobic fitness up by swimming or something similar if need be. You'll be grand.. even it it hasn't cleared up in time, adrenalin and stubbornness will see you through :)
