    Felicity has to be on the chopping block if they lose. It is rare to see Nick get involved during the actual episode and that he spoke up means that he thinks its madness that Felicity is basically shutting down the treatment centre.

    I've often heard salespeople as this, it's a fair enough question. They really want to sell their products and sometimes a potential customer would be interested but not at the price that's being asked, so they may try to reduce the price in order to tempt the customer while retaining a profit margin. Better than nothing, like! :)
