Hey man, you need to get craftbukkit from the Bukkit website here. Then make a folder called plugins, go back to that Bukkit website and download whatever you fancy. Stick it in the plugins folder and then run craftbukkit.jar (not minecraft_server.exe)

Each addon has its own CFG file, you may need the permissions addon to run almost all of them.

Pain in the arse really.
