this is turning into goodie week for me i was given a hart rate monitor and a turbo trainer :D,i was hopeing you guys could give me some pointers as to how i can use the hartrate monitor to the best efect as part of my training,i have read the basics but any tips or links to help me get the best out of it ? hopefuuly the…

I did a VO2max test and got heart rate training zones. You can do the test at most big universities. It's a fairly brutal test.
