I really hope Jedward pull it off tonight. I don't think them performing last will be too much of a disadvantage because alot of the acts like greece and azerbaijan who were last got through on tuesday night.

Aaaahh, so nervous yet so frickin excited. Can't imagine how Marty feels. And omg - its eurovision is on at half 7 before the contest (this is a seperate programme, right?). I just love eurovision shows

I would have thought being on last is a good thing

people remember the last act better than the first and it's one catchy song! Go on Jedward bring it home again for the first time in 15 years!!!:D

I didn't watch the X Factor, so I'm not fully sure what to expect with Jedward... Sounds like it'll be interesting either way!

Why do you think that? I think they'll def get through tonight, whether they'll actually win the entire thing is a different story!

Was just watching Dustin's Eurovision entry on YouTube had to lol imagining the Europeans thinking "WTF" when they saw a turkey puppet being wheeled out in a shopping trolly :pac:

I'd have to agree.. it just doesn't scream Eurovision-winner to me, it's average to good, but there's a lot of good songs in the semi-final tonight. A lot of it's going to depend on the camera angles they get, I think.

Just watched the Mickey Harte song on YouTube. It really was a good song, performed very well by Mickey. My favourite song by Ireland in a long time. Until Jedward of course

It depends on how they do tonight. Their rehearsals sounded and look really good. But then again, thats with an empty arena. Hopefully not much will change tonight

so excited and they're so funny on omg it's jedward eurovision now on RTE.

I wonder if they thought up the last part with Marty Whelan themselves, it sounded a bit too good for them to have some up with themselves, what do you think?

I'd say they'll sound better with a full audience. They've also got the last spot on the running order which is a plus imo.
