    Was just browsing the new upc site and a box popped up asking would I like to chat with customer services or something like that. Anyone came across this yet? Don't usually have anything good to say about upc but at least its a step in the right direction. Anyone had any look getting a better deal from them on there? Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a direct link to it, it will just pop up as your browsing the site.

    Edit: Mods, please move to the cable forum, my mistake.
