Does anyone know of an Android App that I could use to navigate routes like this - http://ridewithgps.com/routes/330937

I'm thinking of something that would take the .gpx file from ridewithgps and then tell me when to turn, etc.

Perhaps Navigation which comes with Google Maps. Used it this morning to get to Batterstown from Finglas. Very handy. Don't think it will accept .gpx files but you could just enter destination and see what it throws up anyway.

If you tell it to naviagte as a pedestrian it tends to produce routes that are mostly suitable for cyclists.

You can set up a route on google maps that avoids motorways (it's in the options section when you route), then use the navigation app - I just mail myself a link, then open the link on the android. That gave me a nice route to work using the north circular that I probably wouldn't have considered otherwise.
