praia da luz - Road bike or Mountain bike

Heading to praia da luz in 3 weeks and cant decide to rent a road bike or mountain bike , Anyone know which would be better , I assume any trails might need local knowledge to find them Anyone been road biking there , would to do a few 80-100 kms spins I read somewhere there is a local club that do spins and dont mind…

Hi,

There is a crowd in Lagos which is just up the road and they do mountain bike guided spins. I cant remember the website but if you google mountain bikes and lagos it should come up.
