Failing CA module

    So i'm pretty sure I'm going to fail one of my modules... but its 100% continuous assessment.
    Does anyone know what happens then? I heard that the lecturer sets an exam to repeat in august but I don't know how true that is!

    Any help would be great! :):):)

    Your lecturer is the person to ask. If you feel like doing a bit of detective work, each faculty lists its modules as falling into a certain category for CA resits, you can check that out here.

    I can tell you that one of my modules is 100% CA too and if you fail it you have to repeat the year because of the nature of it there is no chance of a resit.

    I do have some modules which include CA tests and most of these (if not all) have resit options available in the Autumn.

    However as cocoa said you should ask your lecturer or module coordinator, they are the person who will know for definate.

    just to expand, some 100% CA modules provide a resit opportunity during the summer and some don't, this information should be listed at the link I posted before, but the most reliable source will definitely be your lecturer or module coordinator.
