    I never know what people mean when they say doujin, since so many people just associate it with 18+ amateur manga :)

    Well if there's only been 1 doujin anime, and I say it's a doujin anime then it should be fairly easy.
    At the time the show was announced it was the first, not sure about now.

    Then it's Voices of a Distant Star. If there's only been 1 Doujin anime, and doujin means that it was self produced, and Shinkai created all of Voices of a Distant Star on a mac by himself, then it's Voices of a Distant Star.
