Hi, ive been having a look at the wireless guitar systems on thomann and I just wanted to ask a few questions.

    1. What make are best?

2.What frequency band do i need? 2.4 GHz or UHF?

    3. It gives you a "diversity" choice. What does this mean?

    4. Pilot tone. Yes or No?

The above are all options on the thomann website when picking a wireless guitar system. Im just wondering abou the above ones and what they mean. Thanks.

In 2012 there is a regulation coming in on wireless systems that they have to run on digital. Make sure you get a digital transmitter/reciever rather than a radio frequency one.

You will notice the increase in quality the more you spend so try get the best one you can. THe Seinheisser G3 systems are very good. They can be procey but worth it. THere are some other good brands as well. What sort of budget do you have?
