iPhone dock -surround sound

    I'm looking to get a docking station that will connect an iPhone to a dvd player with surround sound. So the music will play through the speakers.

    do they all do this or are there specific ones?

    I think the surround sound has 4/5 speakers.

    If your DVD Player has an AUX IN option you can probably just use that in conjunction with a 3.5mm Stereo Jack Plug to 3.5mm Stereo Jack Plug. Check the manual to see if this will use all speakers.

    Alternatively provide the model number of your player to see what connections exist.
