Garmin Warranty

After having my Garmin go kaputt a few weeks ago I'm wondering what's the warranty on them and can it be extended? Got mine replace for free having purchased it in January. Own an Edge 500.

From what I remember, replacements come with a fresh 1yr warranty.

Have you gone back to the shop you bought it from and asked them directly?

Call Garmin directly. Ive had good experiences with them on a 310XT that went kaput! Was replaced within a few days adfter i sent the bad unit back. They even sent a brand new one boxed so now i have two chargers and two ant sticks

Now if they'd just sort the HR spikes! (I believe they ahve but not seen much on this new strap yet)
