first time gaming pc build

hi i was wondering if this is a good build as i said this is my first time so i cant tell if its good or not

Case:Jcp midi tower atx dark crystal 500w
CPU:amd phenom II x6 1055t
Motherboard:asus m4a87td evo
RAM: (4gb kit corsair twin 3x4096 ddr3) x2
Cardreader:Ultron cardreader 75 in 1
GPU:MSI radeon hd5770 hawk 1024mb pci express
Hdd:seagate barracuda 7200.12 1TB 32mb
dvd rom:sony nec optiarc ddu1681s
soundcard:creative sb x fi xtreme audio
cooler:xigmatek ep cd901 apache cooler 92mm
OS:win 7 home premium 64 bit

couple of questions as well do i need the two 4gigs of ram or just one
also do i need a dvd writer and should i get two dvd roms
will it pick up my wifi connection or do i need to get a network adapter

For gaming, its not that great to be honest. The X6 is fairly bad, the soundcard isn't needed, you could do with a better GPU than the 5770 and the case+PSU combo is very risky.

On a low budget, 8GB of RAM is overkill, 4GB will do just fine. You will need to get a separate wireless card. I don't know why you would want multiple DVD drives, one does just fine.

Pick whichever one fits your budget (€400/500/600) add on windows, a wireless card and the card reader and you are good to go.

if i use one of your builds how well will games run and will it be able to run upcoming games im looking forward to the witcher so hopefully it will be able to run that

The €600 one will run pretty much any game at max settings at 1080p. The €500 one will run anything except for the most intesive games (Crysis 2, Metro) at max settings 1080p. The €400 will run most things on high.

Thanks, just one last thing in the guide you recommended the asgard III case but i cant find it so will i get the asgard II instead

apparently according to hardwareversand the 550w super flower and the asgard III are incompatible with some other part of the build any alternatives

You are using the PC configurator? That doesn't let you mix and match with some combinations. Simple solution is to just add the parts to your basket normally and then add this at the end:

That will get them to build it without any problems.
