Bought this a little over 2 yrs ago. In the last few weeks i just seem to be feeding dishwasher salt & rinseaid into it with the result that in a day or two its all gone! Glasses haven't been washing properly in it either leaving cloudy marks on them. We have a water softner as the area we are in the water is pretty hard. I ran one of those Finish grease/limescale remover products through it but didn't make a blind bit of difference. Anyone any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

Could it be that the element is gone and its not heating the water, and not removing the grease. ????

The rinseaid should be controllable with a small dial, whats it set to, maybe someone change it to max/10 by accident?
This will fly through it and also leave all the stuff streaky as hell.
    Doesnt explain the salt though...

Don't put any salt in and use 5 in one tabs from Lidl?

Is there a way to adjust the salt usage? My dishwasher lets you program the amount of salt it uses for different water hardness'. It has a special 'Automatic' program for all in one Tabs where it doesn't use any salt, and possibly no rinse aid as well.

The results using the Tabs and 'Auto' are superb, and we are in a very hard water area.

If it's not washing properly I would at first suspect spray arm holes might be blocked. That's usually the culprit with mine and I just take them off and clean out the holes - though they only get blocked if the filter has not been put back correctly.
