    As has already happened to some other guy when rumor was spread around his neighborhood that he was Venables ,even after it was proved to be all nonsense he was still having the finger pointed at him and the nutters /rent a mob out there sometimes don't really care .

    Didn't some guy who shared his name on Facebook also get loads of abuse too?

    While I'd have sympathy for a public list of convicted paedophiles there are too many morons out there that can't be trusted with the information, plus it takes the focus of unconvicted ones!

    Indeed and you can be sure that some people who put such information and photographs out in the public domain are not always doing so with the publics welfare as the main interest

    Maybe people feel he lost the right to anonymity. Especially once he reoffended by getting involved in child pornography.     Pretty much. He is supposed to have reintegrated well. Keeps to the conditions laid down for him, and isn't considered a risk to the public. Venables on the other hand...

    You should be an analytical chemist like myself, but rather than analyse a substance, you could just look at it and go, Yeah, looks like diphenhydramine to me.
