UPC down - Should I get billed?

    UPC have told me that I will not have UPC for a number of days due to a network fault. I presume I can just get my bill frozen and not have to pay the days I go without a service?

    you should get credited for the days its off

    Hey what area are you in? I'm in santry, Dublin and my UPC has been down for over an hour now, I haven't heard anything about it, could we been down for a few days as well?

    Ballsbridge Dublin - "No Signal". Least it does not seem to be just me. Broadband is obviously OK, just TV.

    Yes, just send an email once the tv is back and they'll credit you.
